Order modifications or cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, production may have already begun. Please contact us as soon as possible at hello@utdweb.team.

Our gowns are crafted in limited runs and typically require 8–12 weeks from the time of order. Rush orders may be available — contact us to discuss your timeline.

We offer global shipping. All orders are carefully packaged and dispatched from our Brussels atelier.

Standard delivery within Europe takes 3–5 business days. International orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days depending on destination.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unaltered items in original condition. Custom and made-to-order pieces are non-refundable.
